A great builder, a comfortable home, a very pleasant new community!
"My wife and I have just closed on a new home in River Bend Estates of Womelsdorf, PA, and I wanted to write an honest review/testimonial about the builder, Mr. Delmas Witmer, our new home, and the new housing development of River Bend Estates.

Our new home is a well-built bi-level situated on just over one acre of land. It is the sturdiest construction we have ever lived in, with strong 2 x 6 framing support studs and only the finest insulation throughout. It also came with top-quality kitchen appliances and cabinetry, a Trane gas heater and Trane air conditioner, modern well-insulated windows, cathedral ceiling, two full baths and a half-bath. The home came with its own well (and the water passed every test for purity and drinkability!) and septic system, with the septic mound far removed to the back of the lot and beautifully landscaped. We found it had every convenience we could want; in addition to being cable ready for any and every media connection of our choosing.

Pleased as we are with our new home in beautiful River Bend Estates, we have even more praise for its builder, his company is D & R Builders, and from our interactions with him, we have found him a skilled builder, a man well-connected in the community with all the other skilled persons needed to build and develop a new community. Delmas is a man of integrity who stands behind his work and is true to his word. I guarantee that you will be very satisfied that you chose to build with people you can trust and believe to deliver a skillfully-built, comfortable home, in a beautiful place. And along with our other neighbors who already live here, my wife and I will be happy to call you our neighbors as well."
